  PRICING AND SCHEDULING STRUCTURE

  Our preferred pricing structure for fee base management and facility services is fixed fee based on
   the size and complexity of the facilities.   We offer on-call, block hour and an annual subscription
   plan to our clients to reduce overhead expenses.

   ON CALL - Provides service and repairs for isolated incidents or pressing needs

   BLOCK HOUR - Provides a discounted rate for service when purchased in blocks

   ANNUAL PLAN - Provides monthly preventative maintenance visits and unlimited service calls.
