Brandon Crim serves as Vice President of Landlord Services for Roberts Commercial Real Estate Services and joined the firm in 2006. Mr. Crim's commercial real estate expertise consists of sale and lease transactions of office, light industrial, retail, land, sale/leasebacks, and investment sales in metro Atlanta. He utilizes his experience, market knowledge, work ethic, and relationships to bring value to his clients. Since his transition to commercial real estate Brandon has completed over 300,000 square feet in sale and lease transactions and has been involved in transactions totaling over $20 million. Brandon has worked with Bank of America, Georgia Trust Bank and several other financial institutions in providing Broker Opinion of Values and is actively involved in assisting lenders to maximize the value of their REO and distressed properties.

Mr. Crim is a graduate of Auburn University, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Logistics.
