Roberts Commercial is pleased to welcome Olga Teseniar to its team of real estate professionals. Olga Teseniar is a dynamic real estate professional with an excellent record of results in commercial sales and leasing. Respected team member adept at industry relationship building and collaborative networking and will be focused on Retail Leasing and new Business Development.  Formerly with Northpoint Group, Olga brings with her a long career working in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Mixed-Use Development Sales and Leasing and Office Condominium Sales and Leasing.


Roberts Commercial has completed several BOVs for Lenders and Special Servicers leading to the sale of an office building in Dacula, GA that had been foreclosed on by Bank of America, N.A.When we were asked to submit our Broker Opinion of Value, the asset manager had just recently received the property information from the foreclosure department. Through our BOV, we were able to clearly define the market, submarket, property characteristics, competitive properties, probable purchasers, and a marketing strategy for the Asset Manager who was unfamiliar with the Atlanta market. We were awarded the listing and within a week presented the first offer. We submitted a total of nine written offers from various investors and within 90 days of obtaining the listing we were under contract with a qualified all cash buyer.
