William Gervin joins Roberts Commercial Real Estate Services as Vice President of Landlord Services. William is responsible for leasing the company's in-house retail portfolio, as well as all third party retail listings. William is also tasked with acquiring new landlord representation/third party listings. William's main responsibilities include establishing, implementing, and executing leasing plans for vacant spaces; searching for value-added opportunities in the portfolio; negotiating letters of intent and leases, prospecting new tenants, acquiring new third party retail listings, conducting market research in assigned territories and establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with tenants, brokers, and lease prospects as well as with all levels of management, staff, and outside legal counsel.

William has experience in multiple disciplines in the commercial real estate industry including consulting, retail tenant representation, investment sales of retail, medical office and land assets, acquisition and disposition advisory and consulting and valuation services. William has facilitated the sale of over $75 million worth of investment properties in the Southeast. He has also represented a number of retail tenants in leasing and land acquisition transactions covering the entire Southeast region.
