Roberts Commercial's Retail Developments...

Construction is now underway on three new retail developments. Windermere Village in Forsyth County, consisting of 163,700 total square feet of anchored retail and office space for lease and four retail pad sites available for sale. Lakefield Center on McGinnis Ferry in Johns Creek, consisting of 32,000 total square feet of unanchored retail and shop space for lease and two retail pad sites available for sale.   Powder Springs Crossing, a retail development within a Home Depot anchored master development. This master development includes six total outparcels and with up to 50,000 square feet of gross leasable area, consisting of 40,000 square feet of anchored big-box retail and 15,000 square feet of ancillary shop space. Pre-leasing is available.

Roberts Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce that David E. Niederhauser, Cee Dee Morris and Robert L. Golden, CPM have joined the Roberts Commercial team. Mr. Niederhauser is the Director of Development Services, where he will be responsible for preconstruction and construction services for new developments, refurbishments and tenant build-out.  David brings over 23 years of engineering construction and project management expertise to the company. Cee Dee is our Senior Leasing Executive responsible for the representation of our Retail Portfolio.  Mr. Golden is the Director of Property Operations, where he will be responsible for the management of office, retail and industrial properties throughout metro Atlanta.  Robert brings over 20 years of property management expertise to the company.

Roberts Commercial Develops in Forsyth County's Paddocks Development...

Roberts Commercial Real Estate Services just completed several buildings in the professional and medical mixed-use Paddocks Office Development in South Forsyth County. The Paddocks Professional Park is located on Highway 141, north of McGinnis Ferry Road, across from Laurel Springs Golf and Country Club. The master-development plan will cater to corporate users and build-to-suit office facilities.
