Jodi Nelson

Jodi Nelson serves as our Senior Leasing Administrator and has been with the firm for over 10 years.  Jodi is responsible for the assistance to our brokerage staff and all aspects of creating new, amended or renewal lease agreements, sales contracts, commission agreements and agent commissioning paperwork.   Mrs. Nelson maintains a master lease database and monthly agent/owner reporting for company owned and third party listings.   She is also responsible for the administrative support for other departments within the company and coordinating the flow of information between producers, staff and clients.

Jodi is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Administrative Services and an Associate of Applied Science in Information Processing.
