Lauren A. Barresi serves as Assistant Property Manager for Roberts Commercial Real Estate Services and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm's daily property facility operations.  At present, Lauren oversees 1 Million square feet of retail,  industrial and office buildings in metro Atlanta through use of state-of-the-art systems including automated work order tracking and MRI accounting software.  Lauren's responsibilities include property inspections, oversight of tenant improvements and capital projects, monthly financial reporting, operating and capital budgeting, tenant and owner relations, collections, contractor relations and negotiations.

Lauren graduated from Florida State University where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and is a USGBC LEED Green Certified Associate.  She's actively involved in various local and regional Real Estate organizations.
